Challenge:
Our client was having difficulties in finding talents with specific skill sets and capabilities for various senior management positions across its organization.
Solution:
As a partner in Executive Search, we invested time in understanding our client’s specific requirements. We used a direct approach in identifying and attracting the right talents and successfully closed several Director level roles in HR, SCM and R&D.

Challenge:
Our client was facing challenges in attracting the right Sales Management talents.
Solution:
With no prior experience in electronics industry we managed to quickly understand our client’s requirements. Within a short period of time, we managed to shortlist a range of quality candidates and hire the right talents.

Client : An international Islamic Finance organization

Challenge:
Being a start-up, the client did not have the capacity to manage its own recruitment process while Executive Search would be an expensive option.
Solution:
We were selected as our client’s exclusive recruitment partner. We were key in helping our client build its organization in Malaysia, by recruiting talents across all levels and functions within the organization, from Secretary to IT Manager to Head of Auditing.

Graduate Recruitment

Client : A leading multinational oil and gas service company

Period : 2010 - 2012
Challenge:
Due to an increase in the number of hires for Graduate Engineers, our client was in need for extra recruitment capacity across the APAC region.
Solution:
We became the preferred partner in selecting and assessing Management Trainees for the company in the APAC region. We assisted during pre-selection process of candidates across all countries in the region. 200 candidates were selected for assessment days with the client.

Interim Recruitment

Client : A multinational logistics company

Period : 2010
Challenge:
One of our client’s Corporate Recruiter left the company while they were experiencing a peak in recruitment. Our challenge was to adapt and take on their on-site recruitment project ad-hoc.
Solution:
We provided an experienced recruitment consultant to support their recruitment team. During our servicing, our client managed to achieve their hiring quota.

Employability Study

Client : A leading university in Malaysia

Period : 2010 - 2012
Challenge:
The University was not satisfied with the performance of fresh graduates in being able to secure the right positions in leading multinational companies. They engaged us to identify the cause and propose a solution.
Solution:
We conducted an employability study among graduate students at the university to assess their competencies and attitudes, and how these match with the requirements of multinational companies. Our service also included a number of recommendations to bridge the gap.
